A 68-year-old man in Orland Park has been charged with a felony hate crime for allegedly punching his neighbor because of his Palestinian origins during a dispute over garbage cans.
The man made hateful comments about the neighbor's national Palestinian origin and physically assaulted him and his wife during the incident. [ more ]
