For over a month, my office has been going back and forth with ICE officials about Andrea's condition. We have been ignored, put off, and frankly, lied to about the treatment she has received while in detention.

The study published in the Lancet analyzed data from 381 patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, revealing a 35% reduction in the risk of death among those treated with relacorilant compared to usual care.

Jessica Mason went back and forth to her GP and hospital with swelling, bleeding and pain in her vagina but says she was "fobbed off" before "begging" for a scan which revealed cancer requiring urgent treatment. The 44-year-old believes she was only referred for an MRI because she "broke down in tears" to a doctor, adding: "I knew there was something wrong."

I can't even count the number of thoughts I have every single day, just bouncing around in my head like a ping pong ball. I think every mom feels the same way, which is why when you ask a mom what's on her mind, her response could range from something like "Oh, just thinking about my kid's new soccer team" to "The fall of democracy and the state of the world."

It feels frightening, but the little eggs I do have left are good quality, so it's not over. When I was in my teens and early twenties I just thought I was getting urinary and kidney infections all the time. I just thought I was one of those unlucky girls. The pain just never went.

For those who are unable to take HRT for varying reasons, options have historically been limited, and we have heard clearly from patients how difficult that has been. The evidence shows fezolinetant can meaningfully reduce symptoms, and was found to be cost effective, offering value for the taxpayer. This decision will give much-needed relief to those for whom HRT is unsuitable.
