OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has revealed a plan to prevent AI-generated disinformation in the upcoming national elections.
The three-point plan focuses on preventing abuse, improving detection of AI-generated content, and providing accurate election information to users.
OpenAI is not allowing the use of its technology for political campaigning or lobbying, including the creation of chatbots that impersonate candidates or institutions. [ more ]
