City of LA Looks to Spur Development of Larger apartments
Los Angeles City Council President Paul Krekorian has filed a motion to create a new density bonus incentive for developers to build larger apartments.
The motion aims to exempt the square footage of additional bedrooms and bathrooms from floor area calculations of large family apartments, and allow for an additional story of height and other bonuses for mostly large family units. [ more ]
