When I think back to when we chose Sacchi, people said we were crazy. Arrigo made his teams play well, but he was a coach who, in the year before coming to AC Milan, hadn't won promotion from Serie B with Parma.
The question I was asked was whether it surprised me that [Luciano] Spalletti was coaching Juventus. And my answer was in relation to a very objective question: whether Spalletti had the qualifications to coach Juve. That was the question, and the answer is in defence of Spalletti. Obviously, it doesn't surprise me that Spalletti is coaching Juve, or that coaches with impressive resumes are coaching top clubs.

Rouet led the Maple Leafs to the Rugby World Cup final in September, where they were beaten 33-13 by England at Twickenham. The Frenchman, 39, joins director of rugby Austerberry's team as attack coach and will carry outside his duties alongside his role with Canada.
