Since 2020, Northrop Grumman (NG) has been on a journey to establish their new brand ethos and mantra: "Defining Possible." OBJECTIVES Research showed that there was a barrier: perception. To many, the bureaucratic "black box" that is Aerospace and Defense (A&D) could never be innovative. The truth is, some of the most innovative technologies were sparked in the A&D industry. Our goal: increase positive perception of Northrop Grumman, despite the stereotypes we faced.
Last week, the online freelance marketplace Fiverr generated a flood of headlines after it announced an effort to reimagine itself as an " AI-first" company. According to a published memo from CEO Micha Kaufman, the new-and-improved Fiverr will be "leaner, faster," with modern AI infrastructure, greater productivity, and "far fewer management layers." The change will also require a "painful reset," Kaufman added, that will see 250 people lose their jobs.
"Sweden is not that well-known and is seen as not being strong in the areas that generate positive opinions of other countries, such as having a strong and stable economy, products and brands in high demand, as well as being easy to do business with."
