It's nearly impossible to enter a record store or thrift shop without encountering a Barbra Streisand record. The legendary singer-slash-actress appeared on The Late Show to take the iconic Colbert Questionert (pronounced "questionaire") - a series of questions designed to "go straight to the heart" of interviewees, as host Stephen Colbert explains in another installation of the Questionert. Colbert expounds, "It takes a fair amount of courage, because these are all ergonomically designed to penetrate straight to your soul and reveal you to an audience."

Possibly the greatest line in the whole book, to my mind, is you say you can't remember if you slept with Warren Beatty. Now, I don't think anyone has ever written that line in the history of sex, or Hollywood, or anything.

"Ever since I can remember, I've had an instinct for decoration... there was always the need to transform my surroundings."

At 83, Barbra Streisand still commands a voice of dewy-eyed purity and has announced a new album of duets featuring various iconic artists.

"The best investment we've ever made is our mattress," Brolin said during an appearance on the "Today" show. "And don't misunderstand me. We're both lazy. We love to sleep late."
