Mayor Wins Second Primary, After a Fall Race Marred by Ballot Abuse
Joe Ganim, the longtime mayor of Bridgeport, Conn., won the city's Democratic mayoral primary.
The primary was held after a ballot-fraud scandal invalidated the initial results.
