The HM Treasury has changed the criteria for being a "high net worth individual" for angel investing, which may result in a drop in female and underrepresented angel investors in the technology sector.
The new criteria for being a "high net worth individual" will require an income of at least £170,000 or net assets of at least £430,000 from 31 January. [ more ]
