Sliced bread has evolved with new high-protein, low-carb options that enhance nutritional value without sacrificing taste.
Dessert trolleys were banished to storerooms during Covid due to rigorous health guidelines, but many restaurants have since retrieved them, allowing them to glide between tables once more.

One isn't necessarily more nutritious than the other. They're just different foods. Peanut butter comes from a legume and almond butter comes from a tree nut, but nutritionally they're fairly similar. Both provide mostly healthy fats along with a little protein and fiber.
