The nine venues hosting Euro 2028 in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland have been revealed. Matches will be played across England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland, but Northern Ireland will not be a host after Belfast's Casement Park was removed as an option. Host nations will have to qualify for the 2028 tournament. However, they would be guaranteed to play their group games on home turf if they do so directly.
Even as FC Barcelona wait to return to the renovated Spotify Camp Nou, the stadium is already being presented as an option to host big events in the future. As has already been reported, the stadium is under consideration for the 2030 FIFA World Cup final. Now, the Camp Nou appears to be in contention to host another huge blockbuster match.

We did very, very well. We had an excellent first half, we were 3-0 up very quickly but could have been four or five up at half-time. Then we couldn't score the fourth one or the fifth one. The stadium was silent. Silent. We never got any energy back from the fans and I think the players delivered a lot to get more from the fans.
