Oklou is getting ready for a headlining tour of the US next year. Following the release of choke enough (Deluxe) last month and a successful run opening for Lorde, the French artist is set to return to the US for her own headlining tour in April and May 2026. Kicking off following her appearance at Coachella, she'll play shows in Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Milwaukee, Philadelphia and more before jumping back across the Atlantic for Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Porto.
The band teased the tour when announcing the March residency, and now the Celtic punk vets have unveiled the full itinerary, which kicks off February 9th in Portland, Maine, and culminates with the previously announced five Boston concerts. The Aggrolites and Haywire will support most dates, with the latter act also on the bill for the Boston shows at MGM Music Hall at Fenway. With billboards and street stencils of the band's logo and band members showing up in New York City, Detroit, Phoenix, Minneapolis, and San Diego, among other cities, it appears that MCR may soon announce a summer 2026 US run. In New York City, mysterious MCR ads have been seen near Citi Field, Yankee Stadium, and Madison Square Garden, while other teases have appeared at stadiums such as Detroit's Comerica Park and Minneapolis' Target Field.
