To find ember rufflizards, you’ll have to head to the Oilwell Basin. Ember rufflizards like to be near lava, so you'll need to look in some of the lower areas of the basin where there's, you know, lava.
Once you’ve spotted an ember rufflizard, all that’s left is to catch them. Equip your capture net either from the item bar or from your Essential Items radial menu.
