To collect the Atomfall lunchbox in Skethermoor Prison, players need to disable external alarms using the Signal Redirector, acquired through a quest to find Dr. Garrow. After gaining access, players can navigate through rooms using a Security Keycard, starting from the Bunk Room. Players must proceed to the Maintenance Room, traverse through corridors, and navigate the A-04 section, ultimately reaching a cavernous area where the collectible can be dug out, following the indications of a Metal Detector.
You need to disable the alarms outside the facility by using the Signal Redirector. There are various ways that you can obtain this device, though one of the most reliable methods requires you to tackle the quest to find Dr. Garrow.
Use the Signal Redirector to gain entry to Skethermoor Prison, which is where you need to free Dr. Garrow.
Once you pick up the Security Keycard in the Bunk Room on the ground floor, you can use it to unlock most of the doorways in the facility.
If you continue following the underground path, the Metal Detector will beep again. This time, you'll end up digging the collectible itself.
