The Venetian Resort Las Vegas recently completed the first phases of a $1.5 billion renovation project, marking a significant transformation for the property. This includes the introduction of exclusive dining venues such as Miznon and HaSalon by chef Eyal Shani. The resort also unveiled Voltaire, a new nightlife venue hosting major performances. Upcoming additions include COTE, the U.S.'s first Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse, and a diverse food hall called Via Via featuring popular dining concepts from across the country, promising an exciting culinary landscape.
The massive glow-up introduced Las Vegas to its first Israeli dining concepts, courtesy of acclaimed chef Eyal Shani. Miznon, a fast-casual pita shop, made its debut.
Next came Voltaire, a next-generation nightlife venue dreamed up by the resort's chief content officer, Michael Gruber. Voltaire has already hosted sold-out shows.
The most highly anticipated additions are still to come. Soon, the property will welcome a trio of standout openings: COTE, the first (and only) Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse in the U.S.
Via Via features a curated lineup of cult-favorite concepts from across the country, including an outpost of Florence's legendary sandwich shop All'Antico Vinaio.
