"This project involved the restructuring of an office building located in the heart of Paris, as well as the transformation of its facades."
The project restructured an office building in the heart of Paris and transformed its facades to renew urban presence and functionality. Design leadership combined Maxime Verret with COVE Architectes and CALQ Architecture. Office lead architects included Arthur Boustouller, Axel Cornu, and Gabriel Verret. Interior design was executed by Ramy Fischler Studio. Engineering and consulting teams comprised Mazet & Associes and Ceef BET, with structural engineering by Egitura and electrical engineering by Pollen. Environmental sustainability measures were coordinated by Citae. The work addressed both exterior appearance and internal spatial restructuring to adapt the building for contemporary office use.
