"This 20.5-foot-wide residence was a Brownstoner House of the Day when it was last on the market in 2015, selling for $1,782,500, reflecting its value and appeal."
26 Winthrop Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens is a neo-Federal style residence designed by architect Carroll H. Pratt in 1912. The house features a red brick facade, twin dormers, and keystoned lintels. Pratt lived in the home with his wife until his death in 1958. While the interior has seen some updates, it maintains much of its original charm, including woodwork and stained glass. The layout includes a parlor level with a kitchen and upper floors with bedrooms and baths, along with a modified garden level.
