The original ensemble was designed by the same office, guiding interventions to maintain continuity in architectural language and harmony. The project prioritizes adding functional value without compromising materiality, spatial relationships, or visual coherence. Coordination was led by Ricardo Gusmao with a project team including Luiza Falcao, Milena Melo, Paola Ornaghi, and Raquel Morita. Structural engineering was provided by A3 Estruturas and facilities engineering by Corelo Chaves Projetos Tecnicos, with a focus on sports and recreational educational facilities.
