The housing project in Crolles, Isère Valley, blends sustainability with community involvement, incorporating input from residents through workshops. The design features a mix of durable materials and large balconies for stunning views of the Chartreuse and Belledonne ranges. Each of the 15 units is uniquely tailored to residents' needs, promoting individuality within the collective. Shared areas foster interaction, with versatile spaces for communal living, including a rooftop terrace equipped with a photovoltaic pergola for energy efficiency. This initiative underscores the importance of community and adaptability in modern housing solutions.
The design approach emphasized a sustainable lifestyle where residents actively participated in the co-creation of their living environment, fostering community and individualized solutions.
By integrating large balconies and flexible spaces into the architecture, the project not only maximizes the breathtaking views but also encourages community interactions among residents.
