Minoru Yamasaki's Northwestern National Life Building in Minneapolis to Be Converted Into Hotel

Originally completed in the 1960s for Northwestern National Life Insurance Company, the structure features a distinctive portico and marble facade. Initial plans were presented in April 2026, with a projected opening in 2028, pending necessary approvals.
