Masseria Caronte is a restored farmhouse in the Salento countryside between Lecce and Vernole, surrounded by olive trees and close to the sea. The property originally hosted sheep and produced wool and yarn. After multiple businesses and years of abandonment, the structure underwent a major renovation and was converted into a restaurant in 2024. The restoration was completed by Margine in 2025.
