The proposed fairground in Liège spans 21,300 m² and is designed to revitalize a transitional area between industrial zones and residential neighborhoods. The project rejects the typical blandness of fairground architecture, aiming instead for a design that enriches urban life through thoughtful civic spaces. The building strategically features an open access plaza for community events while segregating public and logistical areas. This vision not only meets visitor mobility needs but also connects the fairground with public transportation, facilitating interaction with the city and fostering community involvement.
