Round About Baths is a temporary public bath structure designed by Leopold Banchini Architects for the Concéntrico Festival in Logroño. It reclaims a traffic roundabout, transforming it from an overlooked space into a site for collective bathing. The design uses a standard frame with uncut wooden panels, focusing on material efficiency. It features cold-water basins, steam rooms, and changing areas, highlighting alternative uses for urban spaces typically dominated by vehicles. After the festival, the original fountain returns, yet the installation proposes a new conceptual understanding of public space.
