In Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, a project addresses the decline of podium commercial spaces affected by online commerce. With a senior-heavy population, this initiative aims to revitalize the area by introducing lifestyle-driven strategies through a new market and small public parks. Core concepts include 'Connection'âestablishing links between the redesigned environment and the local communityâand creating spaces reminiscent of childhood rural markets. The focus is on fundamental lifestyle needs, providing a communal hub for daily shopping and social interactions, supporting sustainable commercial vitality while fostering community engagement.
