Apartment B is a thoughtfully designed three-room dwelling featuring two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The architects made minor layout modifications, such as relocating the toilet into the bathroom, which enlarged the kitchen area. By integrating glass-concrete partitions and using material solitaires, the design creates a sense of airiness. The color scheme adds visual interest, with distinct priorities for different areas, like yellow for the kitchen and pale blue in seating spaces, ensuring each section serves its purpose while maintaining an overall cohesive style.
The relocation of the toilet enabled the expansion of the main living area, enhancing the kitchen and creating a more spacious environment overall.
Material solitaires are utilized in the design to enhance airiness, with separate masses inserted in the space that do not touch the ceiling, contributing to the light feel of the apartment.
