The project reuses retaining walls and portions of the foundation from a previous sports complex that was demolished due to structural issues. The sports court is relocated to a higher level above the indoor swimming pools, enabling a west-facing access plaza. The west-facing plaza includes new outdoor courts and a small fronton. On the south side, a new solarium is added with an outdoor swimming pool and children’s water play areas. Two small auxiliary pavilions provide changing rooms and storage for the outdoor facilities.
