SK Stokes Kennedy and her family moved into a house that was mid-renovation when they took over a rental from her family. The house, an heirloom, was left unfinished by her relatives who were not ready for the demands of a full renovation. SK accepted the challenge, looking to create a family home and offer her children a suitable environment. She approached the kitchen renovation with a focus on both functionality and aesthetics, effectively completing the space while retaining the sense of home they desired in California.
