The stainless steel drum is removed from the appliance and transformed into Adora Pouf and Adora Table. A local partnership with Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug enables systematic disassembly, replacing automated shredding with human-paced dismantling to preserve pure material streams. The drums are cleaned and reimagined through Swiss specialists, including Spritzwerk Rotkreuz for sandblasting and powder coating, and DER SATTLER and Buchmann & Britschgi for upholstery and woodwork. Production steps remain within Switzerland to support traceability and regional value creation while closing the material loop.
