Po-Yo House occupies 250 m² in Villa Devoto, Buenos Aires, completed in 2023. The project performs an integral transformation of an existing house, providing a contemporary interpretation of the original structure. Spatial virtues of the original building are reclaimed and reconfigured to deliver a new identity. MMCV led design with Juan Muller and a team including Sergio Mizraji, Jacqueline Cicchinelli, Jazmin Suarez, Sergio Sole, and Francisco Cervino. Materials and brands used include Crotti, DE OTRO TIEMPO, Dekton, Herrajes Hilton, Huup, MF HERRERIA, Robinet, SBG, and Tondat. General construction by Ormigon. Photographs by Juan Muller.
