AGP Architects converted a 1978 campus building at Narxoz University in Almaty into a contemporary Business School. The project repositions a previously overlooked architectural element as the core of a renewed institutional identity. The design adapts existing structure to accommodate executive education programs while responding to regional cultural and urban context. The transformation prioritizes adaptive reuse, heritage retention, and contemporary learning environments tailored for business leadership. The resulting facility strengthens Narxoz University's civic presence in Almaty and reframes how executive education is presented and experienced across Central Asia.
