Loggia House is a 142 m² renovation and extension completed in 2025 for a family of four in Kensal Rise. The project includes a ground-floor rear extension, internal alterations throughout, and preparatory work for a future dormer to increase scale and functionality. House of Em handled interior design, landscape architecture, principal design, and quantity surveying roles. CBC London served as main contractor and CAR Engineers provided structural engineering. Specified manufacturers include ABI Interiors, CP Hart, Caesarstone and others. The project proceeded under a JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor's Design and sits within Brent Council jurisdiction.
