The design combines residential accommodation with a public-facing program by incorporating a private library on the premises. The library component opens to visitors during fixed hours each day, creating a hybrid of private dwelling and accessible cultural space. The project adapts a dense urban lot to accommodate both living functions and a small-scale public institution within a compact vertical form.
