House C / XStudio
"House C transforms a minimal 32 m apartment into a continuous, luminous interior landscape deeply connected to the sea. What was once a fragmented and irregular dwelling is reinterpreted as a single, legible space, freed from unnecessary partitions in order to allow a clear and uninterrupted reading of the whole. Only the bathroom remains enclosed, conceived as an autonomous cabin that preserves intimacy while reinforcing the perception of the apartment as a single room."

House C repurposes a 32 m apartment into a single, continuous interior that emphasizes light and a strong connection to the sea. The layout removes unnecessary partitions, converting a fragmented, irregular plan into a legible open space that reads as one room and allows uninterrupted perception of the whole. The bathroom is the sole enclosed volume, designed as an autonomous cabin to protect privacy while maintaining spatial continuity. Selected products from & Tradition, Flos, Iconico, and Zanotta support the cohesive material and lighting strategy. Lead architects Leticia Romero and Ancor Suarez completed the project in 2025.
