5TRACKS established a mixed-use district adjacent to Breda Central Station, commissioned by Development partnership Synchroon and J.P. van Eesteren. The project comprises three expressive buildings that integrate offices, housing, and a hotel above an active plinth of hospitality and commercial facilities. The design was delivered by Shift architecture urbanism and Powerhouse Company with contributions from a multidisciplinary project team and consultants. The development completes a large-scale redevelopment of a previously overlooked area near the station and aims to embody contemporary urban living.
