By focusing on shoulder mobility and straightening the arms and legs, we set the foundation for students to easily transition into handstand and wheel during the flow.
In the warm-up sequence, incorporating movements like shoulder flossing and Gomukhasana arms will prepare practitioners for the physical demands of the peak poses in a gradual manner.
By integrating variations of Sun Salutations and balance poses like warrior II and revolved triangle into our sequences, we create a cohesive flow that supports both strength and flexibility.
