New York's ultimate open-air yoga studio is back. Bryant Park just announced the return of its wildly popular free yoga series, with sessions running from May 28 through September 17.
Whether you're a seasoned vinyasa pro or a 'what's a downward dog?' beginner, you're invited to stretch, sweat and find your zen in the heart of Midtown.
Classes take place twice a week: Tuesdays at 10am on the Upper Terrace and Wednesdays at 6pm on the Lawn. Registration is required (and spots go fast).
We are always delighted to see the lawn filled with a yoga class... What started with just a small group has grown into a community tradition.
