"To be an Asian woman is to be metaphorically cut up and reduced to your body parts. I experienced this during seventh grade when a boy commented on my 'good dick-sucking lips.' This was the first time I felt noticed and beautiful, but it also made me aware of how my body was perceived as an object. My identity was often overshadowed by racial and sexual stereotypes, leading me to process my sexuality as a form of power."
"As I grew up, the scrutiny of my body intensified. Boys would make unsolicited and graphic comments about my body parts. These experiences highlighted not just sexual objectification but also deeper layers of racial stereotypes that contributed to the way I was viewed. I became increasingly aware that my body was a target for comments that reduced me to mere physical traits, stripping away my identity and humanity."
