When I was young, I wrote in my journal that I wanted to live alone in a big city... I got my big dream and then found out I had breast cancer and had to move back with my parents... My parents helped me pay my bills, but I still felt shame.
When I was 16, I wrote in my journal, 'I want to live in a loft in a big city... And you know what? I got my vision... I had what I said I wanted, plus some... Then, I found out I had breast cancer, and that all shattered.'
