House of the Dragon Season 2, Episode 3 Recap
Briefly

Westeros' vast, well-constructed world makes suspending disbelief of dragons easy, but desire for more dark fantasy elements like ice zombies and Stone Men in House of the Dragon persists. The drama of the family civil war is captivating, yet a wish for bold additions like talking dragons remains unfulfilled by HBO.
House of the Dragon surprises with ghosts like young Rhaenyra's return haunting Daemon at Harrenhal. The eerie scene of her sewing Jaehaerys's head back on leaves Daemon slowly going insane in the burned-down castle reminiscent of a dysfunctional motel room. Simon Strong surrenders Harrenhal to Daemon, showing little interest in the political chaos between Rhaenyra and King Aegon II.
