I've been saying the same thing, that 10, 20 years ago, this would've been a studio movie, but now I've since corrected myself, and I actually have been saying it could've been a streaming movie. This shift speaks to how the industry evolves, and, unfortunately, the changing landscape has left behind many of those mid-budget films that audiences crave for their rich storytelling and relatable characters.
