A criminal investigation is under way after the 32-year-old mother of one was found dead at her home in Gorey. Gardaí believe "more than one factor" was involved.
It is still a criminal investigation and a file will be sent to the DPP in connection with the man who was arrested and released.
The death notice read: "Beloved daughter of the late Sheila and Brendan and adored granddaughter of the late Eamon and Kathleen. Paula will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her heartbroken family."
One woman wrote in tribute: "You were in my daughter's year in school and were much loved by your parents, whom I knew."
