Due to the power of the explosion, several people died instantly, and many others suffered injuries...it seems it was a suicide attack.
The blast was the latest in a series of attacks to hit Pakistan, where militant groups have become more active.
Rescue teams have been dispatched to Mastung, and critically injured people are being transferred to Quetta.
