The Ministry of Environment's timestamped national reports and public files are available at blockchain.ambiente.gob.sv, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers verification at rree.gob.sv/logros-y-memorias. The deployment builds on prior pilots, CUBO+ certificate registrations in El Salvador, and uses OpenTimestamps to certify creation moments and preserve authenticity without intermediaries.
