From 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025 Israeli security forces systematically used unlawful force in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, including arbitrary detention and unlawful demolition of Palestinian homes. In Gaza civilian killings, famine and infrastructure destruction caused at least 463 starvation deaths, including 157 children.
