The enclave, already devastated by ongoing war, experienced further destruction and displacement as shelters were destroyed. At least ten people were killed within 24 hours of the storm's arrival. Two children died from hypothermia among the fatalities. The collapses damaged civilian homes and makeshift shelters, increasing exposure to cold and rain. Emergency conditions and humanitarian needs intensified as displaced families lost shelter and protection. Immediate shelter, medical care, and relief assistance are urgently required to prevent further deaths and suffering.
