"Two adults and two children have been found dead in the Perth suburb of Mosman Park in a suspected murder-suicide, police say. At 8.15am on Friday, emergency services received a distressed call from a person known to the family who had gone to the home on Mott Close. Police arrived on the scene shortly after to find the bodies of two adults, a man aged 50 and a woman aged 49, and two children aged 14 and 16. Three deceased pets were also found."
"This tragic incident occurred only this morning and it will take time to investigate the full circumstances surrounding this incident, Det Insp Jessica Securo said in Friday. Securo said it didn't appear to be violent incident, saying no weapon appeared to have been used. The family did not have any reported domestic violence matters with police. Securo added that both children had significant health challenges and had engaged with care services in the past."
Two adults (a 50-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman) and two children (aged 14 and 16) were found dead at a home on Mott Close in Mosman Park early Friday after a distressed call at 8.15am. Three deceased pets were also discovered. Police say a note was left, which is the main reason the incident is being treated as a murder-suicide, and no weapon appeared to have been used. The family had no reported domestic violence matters, and both children had significant health challenges and previous engagement with care services. Officers described the scene as confronting and welfare support was provided.
