Since the escalation of conflict on 28 February, Iran has launched numerous missiles, with half reportedly carrying cluster munitions. These attacks have resulted in casualties and highlighted vulnerabilities in Israel's missile defense systems. At least 19 ballistic missiles have penetrated Israeli airspace, killing nine and injuring many.
