The Walt Disney Company celebrates big wins at the Gracie Awards
Briefly

The 50th annual Gracie Awards, hosted by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation, honored women's achievements in various media. The Walt Disney Company excelled, winning 23 awards. Honorees voiced their gratitude for the recognition of women, with Molly McNearney emphasizing the importance of collective female voices. Others like Dara Reneé and Morgan Dudley celebrated the representation they felt in the atmosphere. Debra O'Connell beamed about Disney's extensive wins across networks, while Rachel Scott acknowledged the influential women mentors in her career, signifying a commitment to paving the way for future generations.
I think it's incredibly important that women have their voice and that we can use our voices and collectively be together. It’s more important than ever that women's voices are heard.
It's my first time at the Gracies and it's amazing to have an award show that platforms women in the way that the Gracies does.
We have winners across ABC, ESPN, National Geographic, Disney Branded Television...and of course ABC News which we are just thrilled about.
It's because of them that I'm able to exist in a room like this, so being here tonight I think of all the women who paved the way for me.
