Mom goes into labor - while shopping for groceries: 'Thank you, Walmart, for experiencing this with me'
Briefly

A Texas woman named Serena Mancera went into early labor while at Walmart, a situation documented by her husband, Juan Mancera. After noticing blood, she panicked and shouted for help. Juan rushed to her side, recalling the urgency of the moment and the fear surrounding the situation, particularly due to Serena's placenta previa condition. Other customers and a Walmart employee stepped in to help the couple's three children and call for an ambulance. Serena safely gave birth to Juan Daniel Mancera, Jr., and later expressed gratitude to Walmart for their support during the ordeal, which went viral on social media.
Serena had placenta previa, a pregnancy condition in which the placenta implants low in the uterus and covers the opening, sometimes causing bleeding.
Juan captured the harrowing incident on video, uploading it to Instagram where it went viral, scoring more than 2.1 million views.
A Walmart customer and employee offered to help watch their three kids as someone else called an ambulance, which whisked the couple to a hospital in Galveston.
"Thank you, Walmart, for experiencing this with me," Serena wrote on Instagram. "I could have not done this alone!"
