Saint Enzo’s debut release, L'Originale Lambrusco, is a lightly sparkling red intended to elevate brunch and daytime dining. The wine is made from 100% organic Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes grown in Castelvetro di Modena in Emilia-Romagna. Tasting notes include dark cherry, blackberry, and rose, supported by bright acidity and a dry, refined finish. Production uses a 48-hour cold maceration, temperature-controlled primary fermentation, and the Charmat method with two months on fine lees. Lower alcohol and natural sparkle make the wine versatile with savory and sweet pairings. Packaging reflects modern luxury under Creative Director Dominique Wells; retail price is $80 at saintenzo.com.
